These 3 Ingredient Air Fryer Bagels are so quick, fun, and easy to make! What’s even better? They are only about 150 calories per bagel and have more protein that the ones you’d by at your local grocery store! If you have an air fryer, you’re going to love this easy recipe. It is amazing how in less than 15 minutes, you can get a batch of 4 fresh bagels with your all favorite flavors. I love to make sesame seed, everything, and cheddar topped bagels, but plain or other seasonings can work just as well too!
You only need 3 simple ingredients to make this recipe:
- Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- Self-Rising Flour*
- 1 Egg
…And Optional toppings/seasonings of your choice, of course!
*If you can’t don’t have any Self-Rising Flour, you can substitute All Purpose Flour, whisked together with 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder, and 1/4 tsp Salt.
Making the Dough
To begin, preheat your air fryer for about 4 minutes at 375 degrees.
Stir together the Self-Rising Flour and Greek Yogurt, the dough will be sticky and a bit tricky to manage until it is well incorporated.

Flour your working surface, and roll the dough out onto the surface. Knead and fold over a couple of times until the dough is less sticky and easily manageable.

When the dough is an even ball shape, cut it with a knife or metal scraper into quarters.

Take each piece and roll it into a long thin tube, about 8-9 inches. Connect the ends together and shape with your fingers so it resembles a doughnut/bagel shape.

Once all 4 dough pieces are shaped, brush the tops and sides thoroughly with the beaten egg.
Top with everything, sesame seed, or cheddar, and carefully transfer into your air fryer.

Cooking the 3 Ingredient Air Fryer Bagels
I have a smaller Oster air fryer, so I could cook 2 bagels at at time.

Cook the bagels for 4 minutes, then rotate them to ensure the sides cook evenly. Cook for another 4-5 minutes or until desired done-ness has been achieved.

These bagels have crisp edges, and a soft fluffy texture inside! They almost resemble a sour-dough flavor if you eat them warm, right after cooking.

3 Ingredient Air Fryer Bagels are perfect with cream cheese, salted butter, or made into breakfast sandwiches! They can definitely be stored for a few days and toasted when ready to eat!
