The easiest hard-boiled eggs you will ever find. I make these at least weekly in my Instant Pot, they are done in about 10 minutes from start to finish. They are so easy to peel, it can be done with just one hand! They are perfect for Meal Prep!

Start with 1/2 cup water in the instant pot, poured in under the trivet.

Arrange 6-10 eggs on the trivet to be cooked. I try to make sure they aren’t resting directly on the sides of the pot.

Pressure cook on the manual setting for 6 minutes, exactly. Then release the pressure manually, being careful to avoid the steam.

After the pressure has been released, and the pin has dropped, carefully transfer the eggs using tongs or a slotted spoon, into an ice water bath for 5-10 minutes.

After the eggs have cooled off, dry off with a paper towel. They will be ready to peel, which should be an easy task. I could manage using only 1 hand.

The Instant Pot hard-boiled eggs should keep in the fridge for 4-5 days. Perfect for meal prep!
